Paleo for One is split into two sections. The first section shows you how to cook one large cut of meat and then remix it into 4 different recipes to eat throughout the week. The second section is small portion breakfasts, mains, side dishes, desserts and condiments.
Most of the recipes can be shared between two people, so don’t think this cookbook is only for one person. The portions are definitely on the big side, and I promise you won’t go hungry from one recipe.
The idea of Paleo for One came about because I wanted to show how you can eat paleo even if you live alone, have no time to cook, and aren’t an expert chef.
